Merger Creates Premiere Real Estate Company

OTTAWA (Ontario)- March 4, 2010 - Following a key acquisition and merger, BridgePort Realty Capital Partners Inc. and the Immogest group of companies are set to become the preeminent real estate investment and services company in the National Capital Region and the Outaouais. Managing Partners Pierre Hurteau, Yawar Khan and Hugh Gorman, of BridgePort and Mr. Ron Sweeney, President of Immogest, are pleased to announce the acquisition and merger of the Immogest Group of Companies, including Immogest Property Management Inc. and Seco by BridgePort Realty Capital Partners Inc.

There are no significant changes immediately planned for the two portfolios. Mr. Sweeney, founder of Immogest, will remain in a strategic and advisory capacity with the new company. Mr. Sweeney has been involved in residential and commercial property management since 1974, and founded Immogest Property Management Inc. in 1992. Mr. Sweeney was President of the regional Real Estate Owners Association from 1997 to 2000, he was a member of the Provincial Board of Directors from 1998 to 2001 and he was the founding President of the Quebec Condominium Owners and Managers Association for the Outaouais Region where he served from 2007-2009.

Mr. Khan's focus is on Corporate Affairs, including corporate governance, marketing and investor relations. Yawar's management experience envelopes working with large academic health science centres in Alberta and Ontario, as well as working for a National membership-based company- MD Management (the financial subsidiary of CMA Holdings). His diverse experience includes start-up operations, business analysis, business development and governance.
