- Acquisition and Leaseback of Royal Group Portfolio – $150M Acquisition and partial lease back
and leasing of a 2.0M square foot Industrial Portfolio – Toronto
- Acquisition of Land and development of City View Business Park, Edmonton – 105 Acre,
2.0M sf premium warehouse and industrial business park to be developed in 5 phases
Asset and Property Management
- Asset managed a portfolio valued at over $5B consisting of office buildings, hotels, seniors housing and
multi-residential buildings (southern USA, Arizona and New York city)
- Overall responsibility for the Portfolio in Eastern Canada including Constitution Square a 1.1M square foot Class A office complex in Downtown Ottawa. Responsible for the development, leasing and management of the third and final tower of Ottawa’s Constitution Square. Less than wo years later the 19-storey, 340,000 square foot tower was completed on time and on budget
of over $100M
- Overall responsibility for the Canada Portfolio for Standard Life (value of $1.2B and over 4M sf) including Standard Life Centre a 1.1M square foot Class A office complex in Downtown
Ottawa .Responsible for leasing and management of the two-tower complex predominantly leased to PWGSC
Construction Management and Development
- Development and Leasing of Constitution Square Phase III – $100M, 350,000 square foot Class “A” office tower in - Ottawa Ontario
- De-malling & Re-development of Pinecrest Shopping Centre – Ottawa Ontario Project lead on theconversion of the Pinecrest Shopping Centre from an enclosed shopping centre to a large format retail
store including the development of 75,000 square feet of new retail pads for Chapters,
Globo, Bank of Nova Scotia, Outback and Montana’s
- Acquisition of land, completion of the master plan, re-zoning, designing and development
of the City View Business Park, Edmonton. The development is a premium business park that,once complete, will offer 2M square feet of warehouse, industrial and office buildings.
The property will be developed in 5 stages, and the first phase of development was completed in 2008
