BridgePort Realty Capital Partners Inc. is pleased to announce that Pierre Hurteau will be joining the company as a Principal and member of the senior team leading the Property and Asset Management effective
May 4, 2009.

Mr. Hurteau brings to the organization extensive real estate experience from both the private sector and the financial institutional sector to the organization. Most recently, he worked for a subsidiary of The Caisse de depot et placement du Québec, a pension fund manager located in Montreal, where he focused primarily on the US real estate market.

During the span of his 22-year career, he held various executive positions at the national level and has been involved in property management, leasing, asset management, investments and fund management of various real estate asset classes and portfolios.  When asked about this new opportunity, Mr. Hurteau stated, “BridgePort is a strong new company and I’m confident that our team possesses the experience and expertise to expand our business and increase value for our investors and our tenants.
