BridgePort Realty Capital Partners is pleased to announce the hiring of Paul Miller, M.A., as Property Manager. Paul is a graduate of York University and holds a Master of Arts degree in Urban Geography.

In his new role, Paul will be responsible for the day to day property operations and leasing of the Gateway Business Park
(300-340 March Road) and 1125-1145 Innovation Drive. Paul has over 28 years of progressive experience in the real estate industry including property management, leasing and advisory services within the National Capital Region. He has assisted a wide range of corporate and public-sector tenancies, represented the leasing interests of many of Ottawa's largest commercial developments and been directly involved in the strategic operations of over 1.1 million square feet.

Prior to joining the BridgePort team, Paul was a sales representative with Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa, providing leasing and advisory services to major corporate assignments. Prior to this, Paul was the leasing manager for Oxford Properties Group, one of the nation's largest real estate management and investment firms.
