Hugh Gorman
Mr. Gorman has over 18 years diverse real estate experience.Throughout his career,he has worked with many of Canada’s largest pension funds, landlords and private companies as a principal and as a service provider.

Mr. Gorman’s experience includes development, leasing, property and asset management and acquisitions with a focus on office and industrial. He is an experienced negotiator having successfully concluded over 300 lease transactions totaling over $1B, numerous acquisitions including joint venture relationships and he has a proven entrepreneurial background in new business development.

Mr. Gorman has been actively involved in The Building Owners and Managers Association and has served as President BOMA Ottawa, President BOMA Canada and also served for two years on the BOMA International Executive Committee. He was the recipient of the prestigious BOMA Ottawa Patrick M. Gillin Award in 2004 and in 2006 he received the BOMA Canada President’s Award for outstanding contribution to the association and the real estate industry.

 

Pierre Hurteau
Mr. Hurteau has over 20 years of real estate industry experience. He has worked with several of Canada’s largest private real estate companies, financial institutions and a prominent Canadian pension fund manager. Mr. Hurteau’s diverse experience at various executive levels includes third party property management, leasing, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and fund management of real estate assets in Canada, US and Asia.

Mr. Hurteau has been actively involved in The Building Owners and Managers Association and has served on the Board of Directors (Ottawa chapter) from 1994-1998. He was also a member of the Planning and Policy Committee and the Government Affairs Committee. In 1999, the Ottawa Business Journal nominated Mr. Hurteau as one of the 50 most influential people in real estate in Ottawa.

Yawar Khan
Mr. Khan has 15 years progressive management experience in the healthcare industry. He has worked with large academic health science centres in Alberta and Ontario and various associations. His diverse experiences include start-up operations, business analysis, business development and governance. He has managed multi-million dollar budgets, developed and implemented best practices in medical clinics, hospital and corporate environments.
